XMM RM in L-LocalTime
Inbound Leg appears to have a significant local time variation – probably due to latitude.
Outbound leg appears moderately independent of local time.
AE8 does NOT provide a reasonable LT variation for the inbound leg e- belt limit.
40 keV flux from AE8 provides an average indication of outbound leg e- belt limits.
