Contour plots are of log10 fluxes for 100 keV e- from AE8Max.
Coloured points are XMM RM Channel 0 counts
Top: ordered with IGRF95, epoch 2000, – no Local Time variation.
Bottom: ordered with IGRF and Tysganenko 1989 – should include local time variation
[R,?] symmetric about ‘X’ axis (magnetic equator) – hence the trajectory “reflections” at Y=0.
